卵巢功能的過早衰退給無數患者帶來許多與之相關的婦科疾病，臨床上治療這些疾病的根本在于改善卵巢功能。西醫(yī)治療方法無外乎激素替代療法，但臨床使用會給患者生殖器官帶來諸多不良反應，導致患者的依從性降低。臨床研究證實坤泰膠囊能有效調節(jié)激素水平，改善卵巢早衰患者的卵巢功能。主要對坤泰膠囊治療卵巢早衰的研究進展進行綜述。

Premature ovarian failure (POF) brings many related gynecological diseases to numerous patients, and it is the root in treatment of these diseases to improve ovarian function. Western medicine generally use the hormone replacement therapy to treat POF, but the clinical use will induce a lot of adverse reactions to the reproductive organs, resulting in the decreased compliance of patients. Clinical trials confirm that Kuntai Capsules could effectively improve the ovarian function of patients with POF. This review will generalize the research progress of Kuntai Capsules in treatment of premature ovarian failure.
