目的 觀察復(fù)方瓜子金顆粒聯(lián)合克拉霉素治療上呼吸道感染的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2015年12月成都醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的102例急性上呼吸道感染患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各51例。對(duì)照組口服克拉霉素片，0.5 g/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方瓜子金顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效、臨床癥狀體征改善情況，同時(shí)比較兩組患者血漿白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）和超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為78.43%、92.16%，兩組總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組退熱時(shí)間、咽痛消失時(shí)間、止咳時(shí)間、鼻塞流涕消失時(shí)間都顯著短于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者IL-6和hs-CRP水平顯著降低，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述指標(biāo)的降低程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方瓜子金顆粒聯(lián)合克拉霉素治療上呼吸道感染療效確切，臨床癥狀體征和炎性指標(biāo)改善明顯，不良反應(yīng)較輕，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Compound Guazijin Granules combined with clarithromycin in treatment of upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Patients (102 cases) with upper respiratory tract infection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from January 2015 to December 2015 were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 51 cases. The patients in the control group were po administered with Clarithromycin Tablets, 0.5 g/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Guazijin Granules on the basis of the control group, one bag/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the improvement of the clinical efficacies and clinical symptoms and signs were evaluated, and the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.43% and 92.16%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, disappear time of fever, pharyngalgia, cough, and stuffy running nose in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-6 and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the decrease degree of the observational indexes in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Guazijin Granules combined with clarithromycin has an obvious curative effect in treatment of upper respiratory tract infection, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs and inflammatory indexes with slight side effects, which has a certain clinical application value.
