目的 探討散結鎮(zhèn)痛膠囊聯(lián)合曲普瑞林治療子宮內膜異位癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2012年5月-2015年5月在西安市第四醫(yī)院接受治療的子宮內膜異位癥患者90例，按照治療方法的差別分成對照組（45例）和治療組（45例）。對照組患者于術后第一次月經第2天肌肉注射注射用曲普瑞林，3.75 mg/次，1次/4周。治療組在對照組的基礎上口服散結鎮(zhèn)痛膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療6個月。比較兩組臨床療效、CA125、乙醛脫氫酶1（ALDH1）、人類軟骨糖蛋白-4（YKL-4）、前列腺素F2α（PGF2α）、白介素-6（IL-6）、IL-18及腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）和黃體生成素（LH）表達水平。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組總有效率分別為80.00%和95.56%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組CA125、ALDH1、YKL-4和PGF2α水平均較同組治療前顯著降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療后，治療組這些觀察指標顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清E2、FSH和LH表達水平均低于同組治療前，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療后，治療組這些觀察指標顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表達水平均降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療后，治療組這些觀察指標顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 散結鎮(zhèn)痛膠囊聯(lián)合曲普瑞林治療子宮內膜異位癥療效顯著，可明顯改善機體雌激素水平，并降低炎癥反應，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacies of Sanjie Zhentong Capsules combined with triptorelin in treatment of endometriosis. Methods Children (90 cases) with endometriosis in Xi'an NO.4 Hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were divided into control (45 cases) and treatment (45 cases) groups based on different treatment methods. Patients in the control group were im administered with Triptorelin for injection on the second day of the first menstruation after surgery, 3.75 mg/time, once every 4 weeks. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Sanjie Zhentong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the levels of CA125, ALDH1, YKL-4, PGF2α, IL-6, IL-18, TNF-α, E2, FSH, and LH in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 95.56%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, CA125, ALDH1, YKL-4, and PGF2α levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of E2, FSH, and LH in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-6, IL-18, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Sanjie Zhentong Capsules combined with triptorelin has a significant clinical efficacy in treatment of endometriosis, can significantly improve the estrogen level, which has a certain clinical application value.
