目的 探討斷血流顆粒聯(lián)合米索前列醇治療剖宮產后出血的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2016年1月在安塞縣人民醫(yī)院接受治療的產后出血患者86例，隨機分組法分為對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組直腸給予米索前列醇片，0.2 g/次。治療組在對照組基礎上口服斷血流顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組產后出血、宮縮、血紅蛋白（Hb）和紅細胞壓積（HCT）的情況。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為86.05%、97.67%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療2、24 h后，兩組產后出血明顯下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，與對照組比較，治療組宮縮恢復時間明顯縮短，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組Hb和HCT均明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的升高程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 斷血流顆粒聯(lián)合米索前列醇治療剖宮產后出血具有較好的療效，可減少產后出血，改善子宮收縮功能，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Duanxueliu Granules combined with misoprostol in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods Patients (86 cases) with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section in Ansai County People's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the control and treatment groups, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were rectal administered with Misoprostol Tablets, 0.2 mg/time. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Duanxueliu Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and postpartum hemorrhage, uterine contraction, Hb, and HCT in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 86.05% and 97.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After 2 h and 24 h treatment, the postpartum hemorrhage in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the recovery time of uterine contraction in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, Hb and HCT in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Duanxueliu Granules combined with misoprostol has clinical curative effect in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section, and can reduce postpartum hemorrhage, improve uterine contraction function, which has a certain clinical application value.
