目的 分析西南醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院中藥注射劑使用情況，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 對西南醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院2013-2015中藥注射劑使用種類、銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費用（DDC）進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 中藥注射劑的品種數(shù)穩(wěn)中有降，從2013年的36種降至2015年的33種，而DDDs、銷售金額、銷售金額占藥品總金額的比例逐年上升；中藥注射劑銷售金額排名前20位中多為活血祛瘀類，其次為抗腫瘤輔助用藥和清熱解毒類。中藥注射劑DDDs排名前20位的品種與銷售金額排名前20位的品種基本一致，主要涉及活血祛瘀類、抗腫瘤輔助用藥和清熱解毒類?？鼓[瘤輔助用藥普遍較治療心腦血管疾病類中藥注射劑的DDC高，但該類藥物DDDs普遍較低，清熱解毒類中藥注射劑各品種DDC差距較大。結(jié)論 西南醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院中藥注射劑的使用呈上升趨勢，銷售和使用同步性較好，價格適中且療效確切的品種占有較大份額。

Objective To analyze the usage of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection by inpatients in Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from 2013 to 2015, so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection. Methods The utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from 2013 to 2015 was analyzed in terms of species, consumption sum, defined daily dose system (DDDs), and daily drug cost (DDC). Results The species of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection used in Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were decreased from 36 kinds in 2013 to 33 kinds in 2015, but the DDDs, drug consumption sum, and the cost ratio of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection to the total drug consumption increased. The sale amounts of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in the top 20 were drugs for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, followed by antineoplasti assistant drugs and drugs of cleanup heat detoxification. DDDs of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection ranked the top 20 were basically in accord with the sale amounts of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in the top 20. DDC values of antineoplasti assistant drugs were higher than those of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection treated for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, but their DDDs were generally lower. DDC values of drugs of cleanup heat detoxification had significant difference each other. Conclusion The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University shows an upward trend, and sales and usages present a good synchronism. Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection with suitable price and definite efficacy take up a large share in Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from 2013 to 2015.
