獐牙菜苦苷是一個(gè)具有良好生物活性的天然環(huán)烯醚萜類(lèi)化合物。現(xiàn)代藥理研究表明，獐牙菜苦苷具有保肝、調(diào)血脂、抗糖尿病、鎮(zhèn)痛鎮(zhèn)靜和抗炎等多種作用。綜述獐牙菜苦苷藥理作用的研究進(jìn)展。

Swertiamarin is a typical natural iridoid with strong biological activities. In recent years, with the adoption of modern research methods, a lot of pharmacological functions of swertiamarin have been found, including hepatoprotective effect, antihyperlipidaemic activity, antidiabetic, antinociceptive activity, depressant effect, and anti-inflammatory activities, etc. This article reviews the research progress on pharmacological activities of swertiamarin.
