目的 探討血栓心脈寧片聯(lián)合銀杏達莫治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年9月-2016年9月在駐馬店市中心醫(yī)院進行治療的冠心病心絞痛患者86例，隨機分為對照組（43例）和治療組（43例）。對照組患者靜脈滴注銀杏達莫注射液，20 mL加入生理鹽水250 mL中，2次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎上口服血栓心脈寧片，2片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較兩組患者治療前后血液流變學指標、臨床癥狀積分、心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)和持續(xù)時間以及血清炎性因子的變化。結果 治療后，對照組的總有效率為81.40%，顯著低于治療組的95.35%，兩組總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者全血黏度（WBV）、血漿黏度（PV）、纖維蛋白原（FIB）和血小板黏附率（PAR）均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組患者比對照組降低更顯著（P<0.05）。治療后兩組患者胸痛、胸悶、心悸等臨床癥狀積分均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組比對照組降低更顯著（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)和持續(xù)時間均顯著縮短（P<0.05），且與對照組相比，治療組縮短更顯著（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清C反應蛋白（CRP）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組患者比對照組降低更明顯（P<0.05）。結論 血栓心脈寧片聯(lián)合銀杏達莫治療冠心病心絞痛效果顯著，有利于臨床癥狀改善，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xueshuan Xinmaining Tablets combined with Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods Patients (86 cases) with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris in Zhumadian Central Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and treatment group (43 cases). Patients in control group were iv administered with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection, 20 mL added into normal saline 250 mL, twice daily. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Xueshuan Xinmaining Tablets, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and blood rheology index, clinical symptom scores, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, and serum inflammatory factors in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control was 81.40%, which was significantly lower than 95.35% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, WBV, PV, FIB, and PAR in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And those in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of chest pain, chest distension, and palpitation in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05) after treatment. And these scores in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in two groups were significantly shortened (P<0.05). And compared with those in the control group, those in the treatment group were shortened significantly (P<0.05). Compared with those before treatment, CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And these observation indexes decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xueshuan Xinmaining Tablets combined with Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole has a significant clinical effect in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris, which is conducive to improving clinical symptoms, and has a certain clinical application value.
