目的 探討腰痛寧膠囊治療腰椎骨質(zhì)增生癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年7月-2016年8月在河南省榮軍醫(yī)院接受治療的腰椎骨質(zhì)增生癥患者98例，根據(jù)治療方法的不同分為對照組和治療組，每組各49例。對照組給予腰部按摩、止痛等常規(guī)治療。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服腰痛寧膠囊，6粒/次，1次/d。兩組患者均治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組血清學(xué)指標(biāo)、視覺模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分和Oswestry功能障礙指數(shù)問卷表（ODI）評(píng)分情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為79.59%、95.92%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、Dickkopf-1（DKK1）和硬化蛋白（SOST）均顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的升高程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評(píng)分和ODI評(píng)分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腰痛寧膠囊治療腰椎骨質(zhì)增生癥具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)血清學(xué)指標(biāo)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yaotongning Capsules in treatment of lumbar vertebral bone hyperplasia. Methods Patients (98 cases) with lumbar vertebral bone hyperplasia in Henan Rongjun Hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment such as lumbar massage and pain relief. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yaotongning Capsules on the basis of the control group, 6 grains/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and serological indexes, VAS scores, and ODI scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 79.59% and 95.92%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, TGF-β₁, DKK1, and SOST in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS scores and ODI scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yaotongning Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of lumbar vertebral bone hyperplasia, can improve clinical symptoms, and regulate serological indexes, which has a certain clinical application value.
