目的 探討五加生化膠囊聯(lián)合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治療產(chǎn)后出血的臨床療效，為臨床應(yīng)用提供參考。方法 選取2015年9月-2016年9月在三門峽市中心醫(yī)院接受治療的產(chǎn)后出血患者84例，按照治療方法的差別分成對(duì)照組（42例）和治療組（42例）。對(duì)照組患者肌肉注射卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液，250 μg/次，間隔90 min給藥1次，必要時(shí)可縮短時(shí)間間隔，但不少于15 min，總劑量不超過2 mg。治療組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服五加生化膠囊，6粒/次，2次/d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組產(chǎn)后出血量、止血時(shí)間、一氧化氮（NO）和腦鈉肽（BNP）的情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為80.95%和97.62%，兩組總有效率比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療2、24 h后，治療組產(chǎn)后出血量均明顯下降，止血時(shí)間明顯縮短，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清NO、BNP水平均降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述指標(biāo)的改善程度更顯著，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 五加生化膠囊聯(lián)合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治療產(chǎn)后出血的臨床效果顯著，具有很好的止血作用，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wujia Shenghua Capsules combined with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, in order to provide reference for clinical use. Methods Patients (84 cases) with postpartum hemorrhage in Sanmenxia Central Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were divided into control group (42 cases) and treatment group (42 cases) based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were im administered with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection, 250 μg/time, once every 90 min, if necessary the interval could be shortened, but it could not less than 15 min, and total dose did not more than 2 mg. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Wujia Shenghua Capsules on the basis of the control group, 6 grains/time, twice daily. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the amount of bleeding and haemostatic time, NO, and BNP in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.95% and 97.62%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment for 2 and 24 h, the amount of bleeding in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, NO and BNP in two groups were decreased with significant difference (P<0.05). And these indicators in the treatment group were improved more significantly than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wujia Shenghua Capsules combined with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection has a significant clinical efficacy in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with good hemostatic effect, which has a certain clinical application value.
