目的 探討夏天無滴眼液聯(lián)合消旋山莨菪堿滴眼液治療兒童假性近視的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年2月-2015年2月就診于開封市中心醫(yī)院眼科的假性近視患兒86例，隨機(jī)均分為對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組給予消旋山莨菪堿滴眼液滴眼，1~2滴/次，2次/d；治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予夏天無滴眼液，1~2滴/次，3~5次/d，兩種藥物滴眼間隔5 min，兩組均連續(xù)使用30 d。治療后，觀察兩組的臨床療效，并比較兩組治療前后裸眼視力和屈光度及其不良反應(yīng)的變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.40%、95.35%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組裸眼視力和屈光度均有顯著改善，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組裸眼視力和屈光度改善程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 夏天無滴眼液聯(lián)合消旋山莨菪堿滴眼液治療兒童假性近視療效確切，不良反應(yīng)較少，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Xiatianwu Eye Drops combined with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops in treatment of pseudo myopia in children. Methods Children (86 cases) with pseudo myopia in Department of Ophthalmology in Kaifeng Central Hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Each group had 43 cases. The patients in the control group were given Raceanisodamine Eye Drops, 1-2 drops/time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were given Xiatianwu Eye Drops on the basis of the control group, 1-2 drops/time, twice daily. The interval of the administration was 5 min. The patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, uncorrected visual acuity and diopter, and adverse reactions before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.40% and 95.35%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, uncorrected visual acuity and diopter in two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the improving degree in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Xiatianwu Eye Drops combined with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops has clinical curative effect in treatment of pseudo myopia in children with less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
