目的 探討二十五味珊瑚丸聯(lián)合卡馬西平治療癲癇的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年4月-2016年4月在海南省第二人民醫(yī)院接受治療的癲癇患者82例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組（41例）和治療組（41例）。對照組口服卡馬西平片，起始劑量0.2 g/次，2次/d，連續(xù)治療1周后調(diào)整劑量，每周增加0.1 g，至0.4 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服二十五味珊瑚丸，1丸/次，1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療兩個月。治療后，觀察兩組的臨床療效，并比較兩組治療前后HAD、MoCA評分，癲癇發(fā)作次數(shù)和癲癇積分，血清學指標及其不良反應(yīng)的變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.95%、95.24%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。兩組HAD評分顯著降低，MoCA顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述評分比對照組改善的更明顯（P<0.05）。兩組患者癲癇發(fā)作次數(shù)顯著少于同組治療前，癲癇積分顯著低于同組治療前（P<0.05）；且治療組上述指標的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。兩組患者血清IL-2、TNF-α水平均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述指標的降低程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。兩組在不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況上比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論 二十五味珊瑚丸聯(lián)合卡馬西平治療癲癇臨床效果顯著，有利于患者認知功能的恢復及改善焦慮、抑郁狀態(tài)，可明顯減少癲癇發(fā)作次數(shù)和降低血清IL-2、TNF-α水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Twenty-five Ingredient Coral Pill combined with carbamazepine in treatment of epilepsy. Methods Patients (82 cases) with epilepsy in the Second People's Hospital of Hainan province from April 2015 to April 2016 were divided into control group (41 cases) and treatment group (41 cases) according to the different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Carbamazepine Tablets, and the starting dose was 0.2 g/time, twice daily. After treatment for 1 week, the dose was increased 0.1 g/week until to 0.4 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Twenty-five Ingredient Coral Pill on the basis of the control group, 1 pill/time, once daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, HAD and MoCA scores, number and integration of epilepsy, serological indexes, and adverse reactions before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results The total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.95% and 95.24%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). HAD scores were significantly decreased, and MoCA scores were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these scores in the treatment group were improved more significantly than those in the control group (P<0.05). The number and integration of epilepsy were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). And the decreasing degree in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). IL-2 and TNF-α levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the decreasing degree in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, and there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Twenty-five Ingredient Coral Pill combined with Carbamazepine Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of epilepsy, can restore the cognitive function and improve anxiety and depression, and significantly reduce seizure frequency and serum TNF -α and IL-2 levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
