目的 調查分析西安市中心醫(yī)院2015年轉化糖制劑的使用情況，建立轉化糖制劑專項點評標準，并對轉化糖制劑醫(yī)囑進行用藥合理性評價。方法 隨機抽取西安市中心醫(yī)院2015年7-12月25%的轉化糖制劑醫(yī)囑共792例，從適應癥、用法用量、配伍及聯(lián)合用藥等方面評價其用藥合理性。結果 27個臨床科室中12個使用了轉化糖制劑，涉及轉化糖電解質注射液、10%轉化糖注射液和注射用轉化糖3個品種；其中7個臨床科室存在用藥不合理現(xiàn)象，不合理率56.06%，主要表現(xiàn)為：適應癥不適宜（65例）、用法用量不適宜（69例）、存在配伍禁忌（409例）和重復用藥（95例）。結論 轉化糖制劑在臨床應用中的不合理現(xiàn)象較為突出，亟待醫(yī)院制定相應的管理制度來促進該類藥物的合理使用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the usage of carbohydrate products in Xi'an Central Hospital in 2015, in order to establish evaluation criterion of carbohydrate products and analyze rationality of drug use of carbohydrate products. Methods Doctor advices (792 cases) accounted for 25% of the medical records containing carbohydrate products in Xi'an Central Hospital from July to December in 2015 were randomly chosen. Then, the rationality of these drugs was evaluated in terms of indications, usage and dosage, compatibility, combined medication. Results Carbohydrate products were used in 12 departments in 27 inpatient departments, Carbohydrate products, such as invert sugar and electrolytes injection, 10% invert sugar injection, and invert sugar for injection were studied. Irrational-drug use still existed in seven departments and the total rate of irrational-drug use was 56.06%. The major problems were inappropriate indications (65 cases), improper usage and dosage (69 cases), incompatibility takes (409 cases), and repeated drug use (95 cases). Conclusion Irrational use of carbohydrate products is an outstanding problem, and it needs to further strengthen the standardized use and rational use of carbohydrate products in hospital.
