[摘要]
目的 研究綠萼梅總黃酮對(duì)小鼠的抗抑郁作用。方法 采用昆明種小鼠隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組、阿米替林或氟西?。?0 mg/kg)組、綠萼梅總黃酮(120、240、360 mg/kg)組,每小組各12只,每天ig給藥1次。通過小鼠強(qiáng)迫游泳實(shí)驗(yàn)、懸尾實(shí)驗(yàn)、利血平誘導(dǎo)眼瞼下垂和體溫降低模型、5-羥基色氨酸(5-HTP)誘導(dǎo)小鼠甩頭模型,考察綠萼梅總黃酮的影響。結(jié)果 綠萼梅總黃酮各劑量均能顯著縮短小鼠強(qiáng)迫游泳、懸尾不動(dòng)時(shí)間(P<0.05、0.01);綠萼梅總黃酮240、360 mg/kg能顯著抑制利血平誘導(dǎo)的小鼠眼瞼下垂和體溫降低(P<0.05、0.01),同時(shí)能顯著增強(qiáng)5-HTP誘導(dǎo)的小鼠甩頭次數(shù)(P<0.05、0.01)。結(jié)論 綠萼梅總黃酮對(duì)小鼠各模型有抗抑郁的作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the antidepressant effect of total flavonoids from Armeniaca mume var. mume f. viridicalyx on mice. Methods KM mice were randomly divided into control group, amitriptyline (20 mg/kg) or fluoxetine (20 mg/kg) group, and total flavonoids from Armeniaca mume var. mume f. viridicalyx (120, 240, and 360 mg/kg) groups. Each tem had 12 mice, and mice were ig administered with drugs, once daily. Depressive models by forced swimming test, tail suspension test, reserpine-induced ptosis and hypothermia, 5-HTP-induced head twitches were established to observe the antidepressive effects of total flavonoids from A. mume var. mume f. viridicalyx. Results Total flavonoids from A. mume var. mume f. viridicalyx (120, 240, and 360 mg/kg) could significantly decrease the time of immobility in the forced swimming test and tail suspension test(P<0.05, 0.01). Total flavonoids from A. mume var. mume f. viridicalyx (240, 360 mg/kg) could significantly antagonized the descent of reserpine-induced ptosis and hypothermia (P<0.05, 0.01), and also could significantly increase the numbers of 5-HTP-induced head twitches (P<0.05, 0.01). Conclusion Total flavonoids from A. mume var. mume f. viridicalyx have obvious antidepressant effect on depressive mice model.
