目的 研究孟魯司特鈉片治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的臨床療效。方法 收集新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團第六師醫(yī)院2013年6月-2015年12月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者60例。所有隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各30例。對照組進行抗感染、吸氧、化痰、支氣管舒張劑等常規(guī)對癥治療。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上每晚口服孟魯司特鈉片，10 mg/次。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，同時比較兩組治療前后肺功能和炎癥因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組、治療組的總有效率分別為73.33%、96.67%，兩組總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者第1秒用力呼氣容積占預計值百分比（FEV₁% pred）、第1秒用力呼氣量占用力肺活量比值（FEV₁/FVC）、每分鐘最大通氣量占預計值百分比（MVV% pred）均顯著改善，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組的效果更佳，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清C反應蛋白（CRP）、降鈣素原（PCT）水平均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患者血清CRP、PCT水平下降更多，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 孟魯司特鈉治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果顯著，能有效改善肺功能，降低炎癥因子水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast Tablets in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods Patients (60 cases) with AECOPD in Sixth Division Hospital, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from June 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 33 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment of anti infection, oxygen inhalation, expectorant and bronchodilator therapy. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Montelukast Tablets on the basis of the control group before sleeping, 10 mg/time. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and pulmonary function and levels of inflammatory cytokines in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were73.33% and 96.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, FEV₁%pred, FEV₁/FVC, and MVV%pred in two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum CRP and PCT in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of AECOPD, can improve pulmonary function, and reduce levels of inflammatory cytokines, which has a certain clinical application value.
