目的 探討丹鱉膠囊聯(lián)合甲睪酮片和米非司酮治療子宮肌瘤的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年6月-2016年6月在監(jiān)利縣人民醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的子宮肌瘤患者82例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組（41例）和治療組（41例）。對照組患者口服甲睪酮片，1片/次，1次/d；同時(shí)口服米非司酮片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服丹鱉膠囊，5粒/次，3次/d，兩組患者均連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月經(jīng)周期。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組患者治療前后性激素水平和血清細(xì)胞因子水平改變。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組的總有效率為80.49%，顯著低于治療組的95.12%，兩組總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）、促卵泡素（FSH）和促黃體素（LH）水平均明顯降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述指標(biāo)降低程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）水平升高，腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平則降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 丹鱉膠囊聯(lián)合甲睪酮片和米非司酮治療子宮肌瘤的效果顯著，改善性激素水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danbie Capsules combined with methyltestosterone and mifepristone in treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Patients (82 cases) with uterine fibroids in Jianli People's Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into control group (41 cases) and treatment group (41 cases) according to different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Methyltestosterone Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. And they were also po administered with Mifepristone Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danbie Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for three menstrual cycles. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, sex hormone level and serum cytokine level in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 80.49%, which was significantly lower than 95.12% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, E₂, P, FSH, and LH level in two groups was significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the decrease degree of these indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-2 level in two groups was significantly increased, but TNF-α level was significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the two indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Danbie Capsules combined with Methyltestosterone Tablets and mifepristone has a significant clinical effect in treatment of uterine fibroids, and improve sex hormones, which has a certain clinical application value.
