目的 觀察地屈孕酮聯(lián)合來(lái)曲唑治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年5月-2016年5月在大連市婦女兒童醫(yī)療中心進(jìn)行治療的子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者86例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對(duì)照組（43例）和治療組（43例）。對(duì)照組患者于月經(jīng)結(jié)束后2 d開(kāi)始口服來(lái)曲唑片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服地屈孕酮片，1片/次，2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療6個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后促卵泡生成素（FSH）、黃體生成激素（LH）、雌二醇（E₂）、血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子（VEGF）、腫瘤標(biāo)志物糖類(lèi)抗原125（CA125）水平的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為76.74%、95.35%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療前后兩組患者FSH、LH水平比較差異沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。治療后，兩組患者E₂、VEGF、CA125均較同組治療前明顯降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組E₂、VEGF、CA125水平低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 地屈孕酮聯(lián)合來(lái)曲唑治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥具有較好的臨床療效，可緩解患者的臨床癥狀，改善血清性激素水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of letrozole combined with dydrogesterone in treatment of endometriosis. Methods Patients (86 cases) with endometriosis in Dalian Municipal Women and Children's Medical Central from May 2015 to May 2016 were divided into control and treatment groups based on different treatments. Each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Letrozole Tablets 2 d after menstruation finished, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Dydrogesterone Tablets on the basis of the control group, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, the change of FSH, LH, E₂, VEGF, and CA125 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 76.74% and 95.35%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant about FSH and LH levels between two groups before and after treatment. After treatment, E₂, VEGF, and CA125 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, E₂, VEGF, and CA125 in the treatment groups were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Letrozole combined with dydrogesterone has a significant effect in treatment of endometriosis, and can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, also can improve the serum sex hormone levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
