目的 探討婦可靖膠囊聯(lián)合奧硝唑分散片治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效。方法 以2015年9月-2016年9月在商丘市婦幼保健院進行治療的86例慢性盆腔炎患者為研究對象，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組口服奧硝唑分散片，1片/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎上口服婦可靖膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療3周。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后血清學指標、臨床癥狀評分的變化。結果 治療后，對照組、治療組總有效率分別為79.07%、97.67%，兩組總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清白細胞介素-4（IL-4）、白細胞介素-10（IL-10）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、轉化生長因子β₁（TGF-β₁）、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）水平均較同組治療前明顯改善（P<0.05）；且治療組改善得更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者臨床癥狀評分均較治療前明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組降低得更明顯（P<0.05）。兩組不良反應發(fā)生率的比較沒有明顯差別。結論 婦可靖膠囊聯(lián)合奧硝唑分散片治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床效果顯著，可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀，減輕機體炎癥反應，值得臨床推廣應用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Fukejing Capsules combined with Ornidazole Dispersible Tablets in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease. Methods Patients (86 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammation disease in Shangqiu Maternity and Child Care from September 2015 to September 2016 were divided into the control (43 cases) and treatment (43 cases) groups based on different treatment. The patients in the control group were po administered with Ornidazole Dispersible Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fukejing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 3 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies of the two groups were evaluated, and serological index and clinical symptom score in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 79.07% and 97.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-4, IL-10, TNF-α, TGF-β₁ and VEGF in two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05); And compared with the control group, these indicators in the treatment group more significantly improved (P<0.05). After treatment, clinical symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And compared with the control group, these scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Fukejing Capsules combined with Ornidazole Dispersible Tablets has obvious curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease, can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms, reduce the body's inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
