膀胱過度活動癥是排尿功能障礙常見的臨床表現(xiàn)之一，治療目的在于抑制膀胱逼尿肌的過度活動，從而增加膀胱容量。其常伴有尿頻和夜尿增多癥狀，可伴有急迫性尿失禁，嚴(yán)重影響患者的日常生活和社會活動，已成為困擾人們的一大疾病。近年來，一種具有強(qiáng)選擇性的β₃腎上腺素能受體激動劑作為膀胱過度活動癥的潛在治療手段有了很大發(fā)展。vibegron是一種作用機(jī)制新穎的尿失禁治療藥物，改變了30多年來采用傳統(tǒng)的抗膽堿藥物治療尿失禁的思路，從而提高膀胱的充盈以及貯尿能力。主要從藥物概況、相關(guān)背景、合成路線、藥理作用、臨床研究、安全性等方面進(jìn)行介紹。

Overactive bladder (OAB) is one of the common clinical manifestations of voiding dysfunction. The purpose of the treatment of OAB is to inhibit the excessive activity of bladder detrusor, thereby increasing bladder capacity. The symptoms of OAB often are accompanied by urinary frequency, excessive urination, and urge incontinence, which seriously affect patient's daily life and social activities. OAB has become a major disease in people. In recent years, a kind of highly selective β₃ adrenergic agonist has made great development as a potential treatment of OAB. vibegron is a kind of urinary incontinence drugs with novel mechanism of action, which changes the idea for the treatment of urinary incontinence more than 30 years, so as to improve the filling of the bladder and urine storage capacity. The drug situation, background, route of synthesis, pharmacological action, clinical research, and safety of vibegron are reviewed in this paper.
