目的 探討肺力咳合劑聯(lián)合氨茶堿治療兒童支氣管哮喘的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年12月-2016年2月在河南省商城縣人民醫(yī)院接受治療的支氣管哮喘患兒76例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各38例。對(duì)照組口服氨茶堿片，2～3 mg/kg，2～3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服肺力咳合劑，≤7歲患者，10 mL/次；7～14歲患者，15 mL/次，均為3次/d。兩組患兒連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。比較兩組患兒治療前后臨床療效、第1秒用力呼氣末容積（FEV₁）和用力呼氣流量（PEF）改變。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組總有效率為78.95%，顯著低于治療組的92.10%，兩組總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒FEV₁、PEF顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患兒FEV₁和PEF水平高于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 肺力咳合劑聯(lián)合氨茶堿治療支氣管哮喘的療效顯著，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Feilike Mistura combined with aminophylline in treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods Children (76 cases) with bronchial asthma in Shangcheng County People's Hospital from December 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 38 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Aminophylline Tablets, 2-3 mg/kg, 2-3 times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Feilike Mistura on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time for ≤7 years old children, 15 mL/time for 7-14 years old children, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, FEV₁ and PEF in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control was 78.95%, which was significantly lower than 92.10% in the treatment group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, FEV₁ and PEF in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the FEV₁ and PEF in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Feilike Mistura combined with aminophylline has significant effect in treatment of children with bronchial asthma, which has good safety and certain clinical application value.
