目的 探討炎可寧片聯(lián)合氧氟沙星滴耳液治療急性化膿性中耳炎的安全性和有效性。方法 選取內(nèi)蒙古醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的急性化膿性中耳炎患者167例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組（84例）和治療組（83例）。對(duì)照組患者給予氧氟沙星滴耳液，6～8滴/次，1次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服炎可寧片，4～6片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。比較分析兩組患者治療前后臨床療效、起效時(shí)間、病原菌清除率、聽力改善程度、炎癥因子以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組的總有效率為83.33%，顯著低于治療組的96.38%，兩組總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的起效時(shí)間、病原菌清除率以及聽力改善程度均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）與治療前相比均明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組患者TNF-α、IL-6均明顯低于對(duì)照組患者（P<0.05）。治療后，對(duì)照組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為16.67%，顯著高于治療組的4.82%，兩組不良反應(yīng)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 炎可寧片聯(lián)合氧氟沙星滴耳液治療急性化膿性中耳炎臨床療效好，安全性高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical safety and efficacy of Yankening Tablets combined with Ofloxacin Ear Drops in treatment of acute suppurative otitis media. Methods Patients (167 cases) with acute suppurative otitis media in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control (84 cases) and treatment (83 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were given Ofloxacin Ear Drops, 6-8 drops/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yankening Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4-6 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, onset time, pathogen clearance, hearing improvement, inflammatory factors, and adverse reactions in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 83.33%, which was significantly lower than 96.38% in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the onset time, pathogen clearance, and hearing improvement in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, TNF-α and IL-6 levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And these inflammatory factors levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the adverse reaction rate in the control group was 16.67%, which was significantly higher than 4.82% in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yankening Tablets combined with Ofloxacin Ear Drops has good clinical efficacy and high safety in treatment of acute suppurative otitis media, which has a certain clinical application value.
