目的 探討婦炎靈膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸克林霉素乳膏和甲硝唑片治療細(xì)菌性陰道炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年7月-2016年7月在澄邁縣人民醫(yī)院接受診治的細(xì)菌性陰道炎患者86例，按照治療方法的差別分成對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組口服甲硝唑片，0.4 g/次，2次/d；睡前清潔外陰后陰道內(nèi)涂抹鹽酸克林霉素乳膏，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上于睡前在陰道后穹隆放置婦炎靈膠囊，2粒/次，1次/d。兩組患者均治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間、陰道灌洗液炎性因子和血清氧化應(yīng)激產(chǎn)物情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.40%、95.35%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組白帶減少時(shí)間、外陰瘙癢消失、外陰陰道疼痛消失和黏膜充血消失時(shí)間均較對照組明顯縮短，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組陰道灌洗液中白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）和白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清丙二醛（MDA）水平均顯著降低，而超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和一氧化氮（NO）水平均顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 婦炎靈膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸克林霉素乳膏和甲硝唑片治療細(xì)菌性陰道具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善臨床癥狀，降低炎性因子和氧化應(yīng)激產(chǎn)物水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuyanling Capsules combined with Clindamycin Hydrochloride Cream and Metronidazole Tablets in treatment of bacterial vaginitis. Methods Patients (86 cases) with bacterial vaginitis in Chengmai County People's Hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Metronidazole Tablets, 0.4 g/time, twice daily. And they were daub administered with Clindamycin Hydrochloride Cream inside the vagina after cleaning the vulva before bedtime, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were placed with Fuyanling Capsules in the posterior fornix of vagina before bedtime on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom disappearance time, vaginal lavage fluid inflammatory factors, and serum oxidative stress products in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.40% and 95.35%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the times of leucorrhea reduced, genital itching disappeared, vaginal pain disappeared, and mucosalcongestion disappeared in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control groups, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2, IL-6, and IL-8 in vaginal lavage fluid in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MDA in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of SOD and NO were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Fuyanling Capsules combined with Clindamycin Hydrochloride Cream and Metronidazole Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of bacterial vaginitis, can improve clinical symptoms, and decrease the levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress products, which has a certain clinical application value.
