目的 探討復(fù)方玄駒膠囊聯(lián)合醋酸曲普瑞林注射液治療多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年5月-2016年5月在信陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院接受治療的多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥患者80例，按照治療方法的差別分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組皮下注射醋酸曲普瑞林注射液，于月經(jīng)周期第2天開(kāi)始，500 μg/次，1次/d，連續(xù)治療7 d，然后變?yōu)榫S持量100 μg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方玄駒膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的性激素、血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子（VEGF）、肝細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子（HGF）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為82.5%、97.5%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清促黃體生成素（LH）和睪酮（T）水平均顯著下降，而卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平均顯著上升，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清VEGF、HGF水平均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方玄駒膠囊聯(lián)合醋酸曲普瑞林注射液治療多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善性激素水平，降低血清VEGF和HGF水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Xuanju Capsules combined with Triptorelin Acetate Injection in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility. Methods Infertile patients (80 cases) with polycystic ovary syndrome in Xinyang Central Hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were subcutaneous injection administered with Triptorelin Acetate Injection, at the second days of menstruation, 500 μg/time, once daily, continuous treatment for 7 d, then change to maintenance dose of 100 μg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Xuanju Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the levels of sex hormone, VEGF, and HGF in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.5% and 97.5%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of LH and T in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of FSH in two groups significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of VEGF and HGF in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsules combined with Triptorelin Acetate Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility, can improve sex hormone level, and decrease the levels of VEGF and HGF in serum, which has a certain clinical application value.
