目的 探討坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合尼爾雌醇片治療更年期綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年1月-2015年1月在平頂山市第二人民醫(yī)院治療的更年期綜合征患者82例，隨機分為對照組（40例）和治療組（42例）。對照組口服尼爾雌醇片，2 mg/次，1次/2周，至癥狀改善后改用1～2 mg/次，2次/月。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服坤泰膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組均治療12周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的性激素水平和子宮內(nèi)膜厚度。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為72.50%、85.71%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組Kupperman絕經(jīng)指數(shù)（KMI）評分均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組KMI評分的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組E₂水平顯著升高，子宮內(nèi)膜厚度顯著增厚，而卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合尼爾雌醇片治療更年期綜合征具有較好的臨床療效，能改善臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)性激素水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with Nilestriol Tablets in treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods Patients (82 cases) with menopausal syndrome in Pingdingshan the Second People's Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases) and the treatment group (42 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Nilestriol Tablets, 2 mg/time, once every two weeks, until the symptoms improved, After improvement of symptoms, usage and dosage was changed to 1-2 mg/time, twice monthly. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kuntai Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and sex hormone levels and endometrial thickness in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.50% and 85.71%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, KMI scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the KMI score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, E₂ levels and endometrial thickness were significantly increased, but FSH levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Kuntai Capsules combined with Nilestriol Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of menopausal syndrome, can improve clinical symptoms, and regulate sex hormone level, which has a certain clinical application value.
