近年來糖尿病認(rèn)知功能障礙作為一種糖尿病中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)并發(fā)癥越來越受到人們的重視。糖尿病導(dǎo)致的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)并發(fā)癥常伴隨著血腦屏障結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的破壞。血腦屏障是中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)所特有的結(jié)構(gòu),對維持大腦內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)定以及分子轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)起著重要作用。在糖尿病的病理發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中,高血糖、晚期糖基化終產(chǎn)物、炎性因子等諸多因素均可導(dǎo)致血腦屏障損傷,進(jìn)而引起腦內(nèi)神經(jīng)元受損,從而導(dǎo)致認(rèn)知功能障礙的發(fā)生。穩(wěn)定血腦屏障可能成為治療糖尿病認(rèn)知功能障礙的主要策略之一,對血腦屏障改善糖尿病認(rèn)知功能障礙以及相關(guān)中藥的干預(yù)作用進(jìn)行綜述。

Recently, diabetic cognitive dysfunction, as one of central nervous system complications caused by diabetes, has attracted the publićs attention. The central nervous system complications caused by diabetes is associated with the disruption of blood brain barrier (BBB) in structure and function. The BBB, unique to the central nervous system structure, plays a crucial point in maintaining the homeostasis and molecular transport in brain. Many factors such as hyperglycemia, AGEs, and proinflammatory cytokines result in the lesion on blood brain barrier in the process of the development of diabetes. They cause brain neuron dysfunction, and then lead to cognitive dysfunction. Maintaining the BBB homeostasis may be the majority strategy in diabetic cognitive dysfunction treatment. This article reviews the improvement of BBB on diabetic cognitive dysfunction, and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.
