[摘要]
目的 對(duì)甲潑尼龍的晶型進(jìn)行分析研究。方法 參考文獻(xiàn)方法制備甲潑尼龍的兩種晶型(晶型I、II),分別采用粉末X射線衍射分析(PXRD)、差示掃描量熱分析(DSC)、紅外光譜分析(IR)和熱重-差熱分析(TG-DTA)等方法對(duì)甲潑尼龍晶型樣品和微粉化樣品進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果 文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道的晶型II實(shí)為叔丁醇溶劑化物,可通過(guò)加熱脫溶劑過(guò)程得到真正的晶型II,微粉化過(guò)程會(huì)導(dǎo)致晶型I發(fā)生部分轉(zhuǎn)晶。結(jié)論 甲潑尼龍存在3種晶型:晶型I、II和叔丁醇溶劑化合物。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the crystal form of methylprednisolone. Methods The two crystal forms (form I and form II) of methylprednisolone were prepared according to the reference method. The polymorphs and micronized methylprednisolone were characterized by powder X ray diffraction (PXRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), infrared spectrometry (IR), and thermogravimetric analysis coupled with differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA). Results The form II said in the reference was tert-butanol solvate indeed which could transfer to the true form II by desolvation. In addition, the micronization could make the structure of form I change. Conclusion The methylprednisolone exsists in three crystal forms which are form I, form II and tert-butanol solvate.
