目的 探討雙橘顆粒聯(lián)合亮丙瑞林治療子宮肌瘤的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年2月-2016年11月在宜昌市婦幼保健院接受治療的子宮肌瘤患者84例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對(duì)照組（42例）和治療組（42例）。對(duì)照組患者于月經(jīng)周期的1~5 d開(kāi)始皮下注射注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球，3.75 mg/次，1次/4周。治療組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服雙橘顆粒，10 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療12周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組子宮肌瘤體積、血清細(xì)胞因子水平和性激素水平變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為71.43%、88.10%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者子宮肌瘤體積均比治療前顯著縮小（P<0.05）；且治療組患者子宮肌瘤體積縮小更顯著（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子-1（IGF-I）和表皮細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子（EGF）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組患者的血清細(xì)胞因子水平顯著優(yōu)于治療后對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）、卵泡生成激素（FSH）及黃體生成激素（LH）水平均較同組治療前明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組患者性激素水平改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 雙橘顆粒聯(lián)合亮丙瑞林治療子宮肌瘤臨床療效顯著，有利于瘤體縮小和血清性激素和細(xì)胞因子水平的改善，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuangju Granules combined with leuprorelin in treatment of uterine myoma. Methods Patients (84 cases) with uterine myoma in Yichang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2016 to November 2016 were divided into control (42 cases) and treatment (42 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were sc injected with Leuprorelin Acetate Microspheres for injection on day 1 - 5 of the menstrual cycle, 3.75 mg/time, once every 4 weeks. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shuangju Granules on the basis of the control group, 10 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of uterine fibroids volume, serum cytokine, and sex hormone levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 71.43% and 88.10%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the uterine fibroids volume in two groups was significantly reduced (P < 0.05). And the uterine fibroids volume in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the MMP-9, IGF-I and EGF levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the serum cytokine levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the E₂, P, FSH and LH levels in two groups was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the improvement degree of the sex hormone levels in treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shuangju Granules combined with leuprorelin has good clinical curative effect in treatment of uterine myoma, can significantly reduce the tumor volume and improve sex hormone and serum cytokine levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
