目的 探討固腎安胎丸聯(lián)合保胎無憂片治療早期先兆流產(chǎn)的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年4月-2016年8月衡水市第二人民醫(yī)院收治的早期先兆流產(chǎn)患者178例，隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各89例。對照組患者口服保胎無憂片，4片/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服固腎安胎丸，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后血人絨毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）和孕酮的變化情況。于妊娠12周及治療后12周對患者進(jìn)行隨訪，觀察其遠(yuǎn)期療效。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為75.28%、87.64%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組β-HCG和孕酮水平均顯著上升，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組β-HCG和孕酮水平高于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。妊娠12周對照組和治療組的有效率分別為70.79%、83.15%。于治療后12周兩組有效率分別為69.66%、79.78%，兩組妊娠12周，治療后12周的有效率比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 固腎安胎丸聯(lián)合保胎無憂片治療早期先兆流產(chǎn)具有較好的臨床療效，可提高血清β-HCG和孕酮水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gushen Antai Pills combined with Baotai Wuyou Tablets in treatment of early threatened abortion. Methods Patients (178 cases) with early threatened abortion in Hengshui Second Hospital from April 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 89 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Baotai Wuyou Tablets, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gushen Antai Pills, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of β-HCG and progesterone in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.28% and 87.64%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, β-HCG and progesterone in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, β-HCG and progesterone in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 70.79% and 83.15% at the 12th week of pregnancy, respectively, while 12 weeks after treatment, the efficacies in two groups were 69.66% and 79.78%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Gushen Antai Pills combined with Baotai Wuyou Tablets has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of early threatened abortion, and can increases levels of β-HCG and progesterone, which has a certain clinical application value.
