腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)在真核細(xì)胞的能量感受與調(diào)節(jié)中起關(guān)鍵作用,被AMP等其他因素激活后具有加速分解代謝、降低合成代謝的功能,從而穩(wěn)定人體糖代謝與脂代謝。AMPK激活劑在2型糖尿病等代謝異常的動物模型中體現(xiàn)出較好的治療效果。對近年來AMPK激活劑的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,期望對該類藥物的研發(fā)提供參考。

Adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) plays a key role in the regulation of energy and acts as an energy sensor in eukaryotic cells. It is activated by AMP or other factors, which can accelerate the catabolism and reduce the anabolism. AMPK activator has a favourable therapeutic effect on animals with metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes. Research progress on AMPK activators in recent years are reviewed in this paper, and in order to provide reference for the research and development of the enzyme activator drugs.
