目的 探究消栓通絡(luò)膠囊聯(lián)合丹參川芎嗪注射液治療腦梗死恢復(fù)期的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年1月—2016年1月在天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院就診并接受治療的腦梗死患者95例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（47例）與治療組（48例）。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注丹參川芎嗪注射液，10 mL加入生理鹽水250 mL，1次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服消栓通絡(luò)膠囊，6粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療2周。比較兩組患者治療前后臨床療效、NIHSS與ADL評(píng)分、血脂水平、血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)差異。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為78.72%和91.67%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者NIHSS評(píng)分顯著下降、ADL評(píng)分顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組NIHSS與ADL評(píng)分顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者三酰甘油（TG）和總膽固醇（TC）水平均顯著下降，高密度脂蛋白（HDL）水平升高，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。且治療后治療組患者血脂水平明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P< 0.05）。治療后，治療組患者全血黏度、紅細(xì)胞積壓、血漿黏度比治療前均顯著下降（P< 0.05），且治療后治療組患者血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。結(jié)論 消栓通絡(luò)膠囊聯(lián)合丹參川芎嗪注射液能改善恢復(fù)期腦梗死患者血脂水平，降低血液黏度，減少神經(jīng)功能缺損，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To study the curative effect of Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsules combined with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in treatmen of cerebral infarction at convalescence. Methods Patients (95 cases) with cerebral infarction at convalescence in the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control (47 cases) and treatment (48 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection, 10 mL added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsules on the basis of the control group, 6 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, clinical efficacy, NIHSS and ADL scores, blood lipid levels, and hemorheological indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 78.72% and 91.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but the ADL scores were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). The NIHSS and ADL scores in treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the TG and TC levels in two groups were significantly decreased, but HDL level was significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group (P < 0.05). And the blood lipid levels in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, whole blood viscosity, erythrocytes overstock and plasma viscosity in the treatment group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the hemorheological indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsules combined with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection can improve blood lipid levels, decrease blood viscosity and neurological deficits in treatmen of cerebral infarction at convalescence, which has a certain clinical application value.
