目的 探討富馬酸比索洛爾片聯(lián)合丹參酮Ⅱ_A磺酸鈉注射液治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月—2016年12月在深圳市第二人民醫(yī)院接受治療的不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者84例，采用計(jì)算機(jī)隨機(jī)分組法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各42例。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注丹參酮Ⅱ_A磺酸鈉注射液，80 mg加入到0.9%氯化鈉注射液250 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服富馬酸比索洛爾片，5 mg/次，1次/d。兩組患者均治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的心電圖改善和血清細(xì)胞因子情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為70.95%、95.24%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的心電圖改善率分別為83.33%、97.26%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組血清白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、可溶性CD40配體（sCD40L）、妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A（PAPP-A）和心肌肌鈣蛋白I（CTnI）水平均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。結(jié)論 富馬酸比索洛爾片聯(lián)合丹參酮Ⅱ_A磺酸鈉注射液治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀，降低血清細(xì)胞因子水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets combined with Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection in treatment of unstable angina. Methods Patients (84 cases) with unstable angina in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 42 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection, 80 mg added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and electrocardiogram improvement and serum cytokines in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 70.95% and 95.24%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the electrocardiogram improvement rate in the control and treatment groups were 83.33% and 97.26%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, sCD40L, PAPP-A, and CTnI in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets combined with Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of unstable angina, can improve clinical symptoms, and decrease serum cytokines, which has a certain clinical application value.
