目的 觀察左歸丸聯(lián)合阿侖膦酸鈉治療絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年2月—2016年2月在武漢市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院確診的絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者152例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各76例。對照組患者于早餐前30 min涼開水口服阿侖膦酸鈉腸溶片，1片/次，1次/d；治療組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服左歸丸，9 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療3個月。比較兩組患者治療前后臨床療效、骨密度變化，以及血清堿性磷酸酶（ALP）、骨鈣素（BGP）和1，25-（OH）₂D₃水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為76.32%和92.11%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者腰L2～L4、雙髖、右側(cè)股骨頸的骨密度均較治療前顯著升高，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組患者骨密度指標顯著高于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者ALP、1，25-（OH）₂D₃均顯著升高，BGP顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組ALP、1，25-（OH）₂D₃和BGP水平顯著優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05。結(jié)論 左歸丸聯(lián)合阿侖膦酸鈉治療絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松患者比單用阿侖膦酸鈉治療的臨床效果優(yōu)勢明顯，且不良反應較輕，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zuogui Pills combined with alendronate sodium in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Patients (152 cases) with postmenopausal osteoporosis in Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 76 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Alendronate Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets with cold boiled water 30 min before breakfast, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zuogui Pills on the basis of the control group, 9 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, clinical efficacy, bone mineral density, ALP, BGP, and 1,25-(OH)₂D₃ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 76.32% and 92.11%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density of waist L2 to L4, bilateral hip, and right femoral neck in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the bone mineral density in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ALP and 1,25-(OH)₂D₃ levels in two groups were significantly increased, BGP was significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P < 0.05). And the levels of ALP, 1,25-(OH)₂D₃ and BGP in treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Zuogui Pills combined with alendronate sodium is more obvious than only alendronate sodium therapy in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with mild adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
