目的 探討孕康糖漿聯(lián)合地屈孕酮治療復發(fā)性流產(chǎn)的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年1月—2016年1月在新疆醫(yī)科大學第二附屬醫(yī)院進行治療的復發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者94例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組（47例）和治療組（47例）。對照組患者口服地屈孕酮片，10 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服孕康糖漿，20 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療12周。比較兩組治療前后臨床療效和血清細胞因子水平差異。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組總有效率和妊娠成功率分別為80.85%和74.47%，均分別顯著低于治療組的95.74%和93.62%，兩組比較差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）和干擾素-γ（IFN-γ）水平均顯著降低，而誘騙受體3（DcR3）和轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）水平均明顯升高，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組上述血清細胞因子指標改善水平顯著優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）。結(jié)論 孕康糖漿聯(lián)合地屈孕酮治療復發(fā)性流產(chǎn)可有效提高妊娠率和改善機體細胞因子水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yunkang Syrup combined with dydrogesterone in treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Patients (94 cases) with recurrent spontaneous abortion in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into control (47 cases) and treatment (47 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Dydrogesterone Tablets, 10 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yunkang Syrup on the basis of the control group, 20 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the difference of clinical efficacy and serum cytokine levels in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and pregnancy success rate in the control group was 80.85% and 74.47%, which were significantly lower than 95.74% and 93.62% in the treatment group, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VEGF, TNF-α, and IFN-γ levels in two groups significantly decreased, but DcR3 and TGF-β₁ levels increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And these serum cytokine levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yunkang Syrup combined with dydrogesterone can effectively improve pregnancy rate and improve the body cytokine levels in treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion, which has a certain clinical application value.
