目的 觀察金錢草顆粒聯(lián)合加替沙星治療尿路感染的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年7月—2016年6月平頂山市第一人民醫(yī)院收治的尿路感染患者106例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各53例。對照組患者口服加替沙星片，0.4 g/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎上口服金錢草顆粒，10 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。治療后，觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者尿細菌培養(yǎng)轉陰率、退熱時間、癥狀消失時間、尿檢白細胞轉陰時間以及不良反應情況。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為83.02%、96.23%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組的尿細菌培養(yǎng)轉陰率分別為79.25%、94.34%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，治療組平均退熱時間、癥狀平均消失時間和尿檢白細胞轉陰時間均明顯短于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P< 0.05）。兩組不良反應比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結論 金錢草顆粒聯(lián)合加替沙星治療尿路感染療效顯著，細菌清除較好，不良反應較少，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jinqiancao Granules combined with gatifloxacin in treatment of urinary tract infection. Methods Patients (106 cases) with urinary tract infection in Pingdingshan NO.1 People's Hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Gatifloxacin Tablets, 0.4 g/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinqiancao Granules on the basis of the control group, 10 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and urine bacterial culture negative rate, average antipyretic time, symptoms disappeared time, urine WBC clearance time, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 83.02% and 96.23%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, urine bacterial culture negative rate in the control and treatment groups were 79.25% and 94.34% respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, average antipyretic time, symptoms disappeared time, and urine WBC clearance time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Jinqiancao Granules combined with gatifloxacin has a significant curative effect in treatment of urinary tract infection, with better bacterial clearance and less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value of clinical application.
