目的 分析首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京佑安醫(yī)院住院藥房麻醉藥品的使用情況，為麻醉藥品合理應(yīng)用提供參考。方法 對(duì)2014—2016年首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京佑安醫(yī)院住院藥房麻醉藥品的種類、用量、用藥頻度（DDDs）和藥物利用指數(shù)（DUI）等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果 2014—2016年，麻醉藥品的銷售總金額逐年上升。其中注射類銷售金額最多，且逐年上升，其次是口服類，銷售金額逐年降低。注射類中哌替啶注射液的用量最多，口服類中鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片使用量最多；芬太尼注射液和鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片的DDDs逐年下降，而瑞芬太尼注射液和舒芬太尼注射液的DDDs逐年上升；注射劑中DUI> 1的有芬太尼注射液、舒芬太尼注射液、瑞芬太尼注射液和哌替啶注射液；DUI< 1的有鹽酸嗎啡注射液、布桂嗪注射液和氯胺酮注射液。兩種芬太尼透皮貼劑的DUI均> 1。哌替啶注射液使用前3名的科室為介入一病房、介入二病房和中毒性肝病病房。介入一病房的鹽酸嗎啡注射液使用量連續(xù)3年逐年增加。結(jié)論 首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京佑安醫(yī)院麻醉藥品的使用基本合理，基本符合癌癥三階梯止痛指導(dǎo)原則。

Objective To analyze the application of narcotic drugs in hospital pharmacy of Beijing YouAn Hospital, Capital Medical University, and to provide reference for the rational use in clinic. Methods The type, dosage, defined daily dose system (DDDs), and drug utilization index (DUI) of narcotic drugs in hospital pharmacy of Beijing YouAn Hospital, Capital Medical University from 2014 to 2016 were statistically analyzed.Results From 2014 to 2016, consumption sum of narcotic drugs increased year by year. In which, narcotic drugs for injection had the most consumption sum, and they increased year by year. And then were oral narcotic drugs, while consumption sum of them decreased year by year. The dosage of Pethidine Injection was the most in narcotic drugs for injection, and Oxycodone hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets in oral narcotic drugs had the most dosage. DDDs of Fentanyl Injection and Oxycodone hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets decreased year by year, while DDDs of Remifentanil Injection and Sufentanil Injection increased year by year. DUI of Fentanyl Injection, Sufentanil Injection, Remifentanil Injection, and Pethidine Injection were more than 1. DUI of Morphine Hydrochloride Injection, Bucinnazine Hydrochloride Injection, and Ketamine Hydrochloride Injection were less than 1. DUI of two of Fentanyl Transdermal Patch were both more than 1. The top three departments of using Pethidine Injection were No. 1 intervention ward, No. 2 intervention ward, and toxic hepatic disease ward. The dosage of Morphine Hydrochloride Injection in No. 1 intervention ward increased over the past 3 years. Conclusion The utilization of narcotic drugs in Beijing YouAn Hospital, Capital Medical University is basically rational, and in line with the suggests of three-tiered cancer pain ladder on the whole.
