目的 觀察辛芩顆粒聯(lián)合糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑治療兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年3月—2016年12月在成都市婦女兒童中心醫(yī)院就診的變應(yīng)性鼻炎患兒238例，隨機分成對照組和治療組，每組各119例。對照組患兒清晨鼻噴糠酸莫米松鼻噴劑，2噴/次，1次/d；治療組患兒在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服辛芩顆粒，5 g/次，2次/d。兩組患兒均治療30 d。評價治療后兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組癥狀評分和體征評分以及IL-10和IgE水平改變。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為78.15%、90.76%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒臨床癥狀和體征評分均明顯降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療后治療組患兒上述評分顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒IL-10水平顯著升高，IgE水平顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組患兒IL-10和IgE水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。結(jié)論 辛芩顆粒聯(lián)合糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑治療兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎效果良好，能夠有效的改善患兒的臨床癥狀，且安全性較高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Xinqin Granules combined with mometasone furoate in treatment of children with allergic rhinitis. Methods Children (238 cases) with allergic rhinitis in Chengdu Women and Children's Central Hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 119 cases. Children in the control group were nasal spray administered with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray in the morning, 2 sprays/time, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xinqin Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of the symptom scores and sign scores, the IL-10, and IgE levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 78.15% and 90.76%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom and sign scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And these scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the IL-10 levels in two groups were significantly increased, IgE levels were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P < 0.05). And the IL-10 and IgE levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xinqin Granules combined with mometasone furoate has good clinical effect in treatment of children with allergic rhinitis, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms with high security, which has a certain clinical application value.
