目的 探討孕康口服液聯(lián)合絨促性素治療先兆性流產(chǎn)的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月—2016年12月在商丘市婦幼保健院治療的先兆性流產(chǎn)患者76例，根據(jù)用藥方案的不同分為對(duì)照組（38例）和治療組（38例）。對(duì)照組患者肌肉注射注射用絨促性素，4 000 U/次，1次/3 d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上空腹口服孕康口服液，20 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。評(píng)價(jià)治療后兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組臨床癥狀改善時(shí)間和性激素水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為78.95%、94.74%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，治療組患者陰道出血停止時(shí)間、下腹脹痛和腰痛消失時(shí)間較對(duì)照組均明顯縮短，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清雌二醇（E₂）、人絨毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）和孕酮（PROG）水平均較同組治療前明顯增加，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組上述性激素水平比對(duì)照組增加的更顯著，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。結(jié)論 孕康口服液聯(lián)合絨促性素治療先兆性流產(chǎn)具有較好的臨床效果，可有效改善臨床癥狀和相關(guān)激素水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of threatened abortion.Methods Patients (76 cases) with threatened abortion in Shangqiu Maternal and Child Care from January 2016 to December 2016 were divided into control (38 cases) and treatment (38 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were intramuscular injection administered with Chorionic Gonadotrophin for injection, 4 000 U/time, once every 3 d. Patients in the treatment group were fasting po administered with Yunkang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 20 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 78.95% and 94.74%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom disappearance time of vaginal bleeding, lower abdominal pain and backache in the treatment group was significantly shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the E₂, β-HCG, and PROG levels in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the sex hormone levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with chorionic gonadotropin has good clinical effect in treatment of threatened abortion, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and related hormone levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
