目的 探討消乳散結(jié)膠囊聯(lián)合乳癖散結(jié)膠囊治療乳腺增生癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年6月—2016年5月武警后勤學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院收治的乳腺增生癥患者94例，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)表法將患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各47例。對(duì)照組飯后口服乳癖散結(jié)膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d，注意在月經(jīng)期間要暫停服用該藥。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服消乳散結(jié)膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組均治療45 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的乳腺超聲指標(biāo)、激素水平和疼痛評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為72.34%、91.49%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組乳腺腺體層厚度、輸乳管內(nèi)徑、腫塊直徑、低回聲區(qū)直徑均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組雌二醇和催乳素水平均顯著降低，而孕酮水平顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組疼痛評(píng)分顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組疼痛評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。結(jié)論 消乳散結(jié)膠囊聯(lián)合乳癖散結(jié)膠囊治療乳腺增生癥具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，降低雌二醇和催乳素水平，提高孕酮水平，具有一定的臨床推廣價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Rupi Sanjie Capsules in treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods Patients (94 cases) with breast hyperplasia in the Affiliated Hospital of the Armed Police College of Logistics from June 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 42 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Rupi Sanjie Capsules after meal, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 45 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and breast ultrasonographic indexes, hormone levels, and pain scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.34% and 91.49%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, thickness of mammary gland layer, internal diameter of milk duct, mass diameter, and low echo area diameter in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of estradiol and prolactin in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of progesterone in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pain scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the pain scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Rupi Sanjie Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of breast hyperplasia, can improve clinical symptoms, decrease the levels of estradiol and prolactin, and increase the levels of progesterone, which has a certain clinical application value.
