目的 對(duì)日照市精神衛(wèi)生中心第二類精神藥品的使用情況進(jìn)行分析，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 采用回顧性調(diào)查方法，對(duì)日照市精神衛(wèi)生中心2014—2016年第二類精神藥品的用量、銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、限定日費(fèi)用（DDC）和排序比（B/A）等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2014—2016年使用的第二類精神藥品有9個(gè)品種，其中苯二氮 類藥物有7種，新型非苯二氮 類有2種。藥品銷售金額逐年增加，第二類精神藥品的構(gòu)成比呈逐年下降趨勢(shì)。氯硝西泮片的用量及銷售金額排前列，且連續(xù)3年DDDs排第1位。佐匹克隆片的DDDs呈逐年上升趨勢(shì)，苯二氮 類藥物DDC值穩(wěn)定且小。佐匹克隆片的B/A逐年增加并逐漸接近于1。結(jié)論 日照市精神衛(wèi)生中心第二類精神藥品以苯二氮 類藥物為主，臨床應(yīng)用基本合理。

Objecttive To analyze the application of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in Psychiatric Mental Health Center of Rizhao, and in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods By a retrospective study, consumption amount, consumption sum, frequency of drug use (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and sequence ratio (B/A) of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in Psychiatric Mental Health Center of Rizhao from 2014 to 2016 were statistically analyzed. Results There were nine type Ⅱpsychotropic drugs used from 2014 to 2016, including seven benzodiazepines drugs and two new type of benzodiazepines. Consumption sum of all drugs increased year by year, but the constituent ratio of typeⅡpsychotropic drugs decreased year by year. The consumption amount and consumption sum of Clonazepan Tablets were located in the forefront, and DDDs of Clonazepan Tablets also occupied the first place in the list of DDDs. There was an upward trend in DDDs of Zopiclone Tablets. DDC of benzodiazepines drugs was stable and small. B/A of Zopiclone Tablets increased year by year, and it was near to 1. Conclusion Benzodiazepines are primarily used in typeⅡpsychotropic drugs, and their application is basically reasonable in Psychiatric Mental Health Center of Rizhao.
