[摘要]
目的 探討樂脈顆粒聯(lián)合鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療腦梗死的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年10月-2016年10月在成都市天府新區(qū)人民醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的腦梗死患者96例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(48例)和治療組(48例)。對(duì)照組肌肉注射注射用鼠神經(jīng)生長因子,30 μg溶于注射用水2 mL,1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服樂脈顆粒,2袋/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。評(píng)價(jià)兩組患者臨床療效,同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者血清學(xué)指標(biāo)和神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分變化。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組臨床總有效率為81.25%,顯著低于治療組的97.92%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者血清單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100β和可溶性細(xì)胞間黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平明顯降低,同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療后治療組上述血清學(xué)指標(biāo)水平明顯低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分均明顯下降,同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療后治療組患者神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 樂脈顆粒聯(lián)合鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療腦梗死的效果顯著,可明顯改善患者神經(jīng)功能,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Lemai Granules combined with mouse nerve growth factor in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Patients (96 cases) with cerebral infarction in Chengdu Tianfu New District People's Hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control (48 cases) and treatment (48 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were intramuscular injection administered with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor for injection, 30 μg dissolved into water for injection 2 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Lemai Granules on the basis of the control group, 2 bags/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the change of the serological indexes, and neurological function defect scale in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.25%, which was significantly lower than 97.92% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the MCP-1, NSE, S100β, and sICAM-1 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serological indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the neurological function defect scale in two groups was significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). And the neurological function defect scale in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Lemai Granules combined with mouse nerve growth factor has significant effect in treatment of cerebral infarction, can significantly improve the neurological function, which has a certain clinical application value.
