目的 觀察眩復(fù)寧顆粒聯(lián)合天麻素注射液治療眩暈的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年1月-2016年12月在資陽(yáng)市第一人民醫(yī)院接受治療的眩暈患者68例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各34例。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注天麻素注射液，0.6 g加入生理鹽水250 mL。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服眩暈寧顆粒，8 g/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療7 d。評(píng)價(jià)兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀改善不同時(shí)間人數(shù)、血液流變學(xué)和血脂差異。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組臨床總有效率為79.41%，顯著低于治療組的91.02%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療1、3、5 d后，治療組癥狀改善人數(shù)明顯多于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)、全血黏度和紅細(xì)胞壓積等血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)以及三酰甘油（TG）、總膽固醇（TC）和低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）等血脂水平均顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患者血液流變學(xué)和血脂降低程度比對(duì)照組更顯著，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 眩暈寧顆粒聯(lián)合天麻素注射液治療眩暈療效較好，安全性高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuanyunning Granules combined with Gastrodine Injection in treatment of vertigo. Methods Patients (68 cases) with vertigo in Ziyang First People's Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 34 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Gastrodin Injection, 0.6 g added into normal saline 250 mL. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xuanyunning Granules on the basis of the control group, 8 g/time, three times daily. After treatment, clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the difference of the patients of different symptoms improvement time, and hemorheology and blood lipids in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 79.41%, which was significantly lower than 91.02% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment for 1, 3, and 5 d, the patients of different symptoms improvement time in the treatment group were significantly more than patients in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the hemorheological indexes of erythrocyte aggregation index, whole blood viscosity and hematocrit, and blood lipids levels of TG, TC, and LDL-C in two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the hemorheology and blood lipids in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuanyunning Granules combined with Gastrodine Injection had good effect in treatment of vertigo, which has a certain clinical application value.
