目的 探討雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌膠囊聯(lián)合生長抑素治療急性胰腺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2012年1月-2016年6月在亳州市人民醫(yī)院治療的急性胰腺炎患者136例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各68例。對照組靜脈注射注射用生長抑素，首次使用微量泵靜脈推注100 μg，然后以50 μg/h勻速泵入。治療組在對照組的基礎上口服雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌膠囊，4粒/次，1次/12 h。兩組患者連續(xù)治療14 d。評價兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者白細胞（WBC）、C反應蛋白（CRP）、淀粉酶（AMY）和乳酸脫氫酶（LDH）等生化指標以及胃腸道功能評分。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組總有效率分別為82.35%和92.65%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者WBC、CRP、AMY和LDH生化指標以及胃腸道功能評分均顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述觀察指標顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌膠囊聯(lián)合生長抑素治療急性胰腺炎療效顯著，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium Triple Live Capsules combined with somatostatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods Patients (136 cases) with acute pancreatitis in Bozhou People's Hospital from January 2012 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 68 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Somatostatin for injection, intravenous infusion 100 μg with a micro pump for the first time, then uniform pumping with a 50 μg/h speed. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Bifidobacterium Triple Live Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, once every 12 h. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the biochemical indexes of WBC, CRP, AMY, and LDH, and gastrointestinal function scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 82.35% and 92.65%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the biochemical indexes of WBC, CRP, AMY, and LDH, and gastrointestinal function scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these observation indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium Triple Live Capsules combined with somatostatin has significant effect in treatment of acute pancreatitis, which has a certain clinical application value.
