目的 探討藿香正氣丸聯(lián)合磷酸鋁凝膠治療急性胃腸炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年3月-2017年3月在武漢航運醫(yī)院進行診治的急性胃腸炎患者90例，根據(jù)用藥的不同分為對照組和治療組，每組各45例。對照組在餐后1 h口服磷酸鋁凝膠，20 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服藿香正氣丸，9 g/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀評分和血清學指標。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為82.22%、97.78%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組腹痛、腹瀉、嘔吐評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組白細胞介素-2（IL-2）水平明顯升高，降鈣素原（PCT）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）和腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 藿香正氣丸聯(lián)合磷酸鋁凝膠治療急性胃腸炎具有較好的臨床療效，能改善臨床癥狀，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills combined with Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel in treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods Patients (90 cases) with acute gastroenteritis in Wuhan Shipping Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 45 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel at 1 h after meal, 20 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills on the basis of the control group, 9 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores and serological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.22% and 97.78%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of PCT, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills combined with Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel has clinical curative effect in treatment of acute gastroenteritis, can improve clinical symptoms, and decrease inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical application value.
