目的 探討艽龍膠囊聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌治療功能性便秘的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年6月-2016年5月天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的功能性便秘患者60例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各30例。對(duì)照組口服雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌膠囊，4粒/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服艽龍膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。分析比較治療前后兩組患者臨床療效和癥狀評(píng)分差異。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組臨床總有效率為80.00%，顯著低于治療組的93.33%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者排便頻率、排便速度、排便費(fèi)力、糞便性狀、腹脹評(píng)分均顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 艽龍膠囊聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌治療功能性便秘臨床療效較好，安全性高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiaolong Capsules combined with bifidobacterium in treatment of functional constipation. Methods Patients (60 cases) with functional constipation in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM from June 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Bifid Triple Viable Capsules, 4 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jiaolong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the difference of clinical efficacy and symptom scores in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 80.00%, which was significantly lower than 93.33% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the defecation frequency, defecation speed, defecation effort, fecal property, and abdominal distension score in two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Jiaolong Capsules combined with bifidobacterium has a reliable clinical curative effect in treatment of functional constipation with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
