目的 探討腎康注射液聯(lián)合包醛氧淀粉膠囊治療慢性腎功能衰竭的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年4月-2016年4月在?？谑腥嗣襻t(yī)院接受治療的慢性腎功能衰竭患者80例，采用隨機數(shù)字表分為對照組和治療組，每組各40例。對照組口服包醛氧淀粉膠囊，8粒/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上靜脈滴注腎康注射液，100 mL加入到10%葡萄糖注射液300 mL中，1次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的24 h尿蛋白（24 h Pro）、尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）、β₂-微球蛋白（β₂-MG）、轉化生長因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、可溶性細胞黏附因子-1（sICAM-1）和白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）的水平。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.00%、97.50%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組24 h Pro、BUN、Scr和β₂-MG水平均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清TGF-β₁、TNF-α、sICAM-1、IL-1β水平明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 腎康注射液聯(lián)合包醛氧淀粉膠囊治療慢性腎功能衰竭具有較好的臨床療效，可改善患者腎功能，降低機體炎癥反應，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenkang Injection combined with Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch Capsules in treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods Patients (80 cases) with chronic renal failure in Haikou People's Hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch Capsules, 8 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Shenkang Injection on the basis of the control group, 100 mL added into 10% glucose solution 300 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the levels of 24 h Pro, BUN, Scr, β₂-MG, TGF-β₁, TNF-α, sICAM-1, and IL-1β in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 97.50%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of 24 h Pro, BUN, Scr, and β₂-MG in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TGF-β₁, TNF-α, sICAM-1, and IL-1β in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenkang Injection combined with Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic renal failure, can improve renal function, and decrease inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical application value.
