[摘要]
目的 探討巴曲酶聯(lián)合阿加曲班治療下肢深靜脈血栓的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年1月-2016年3月在天津市第五中心醫(yī)院接受治療的下肢深靜脈血栓患者98例,隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各49例。對(duì)照組患者靜脈滴注阿加曲班注射液,前2 d,15 mg加入生理鹽水100 mL,1次/d,第3天5 mg加入生理鹽水150 mL,2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注巴曲酶注射液,20 U加入生理鹽水100 mL,1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療7 d。評(píng)價(jià)治療前后兩組患者臨床療效、患肢深靜脈通暢度和視覺痛覺評(píng)分(VAS)以及消腫率差異。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為75.51%和97.96%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患肢深靜脈通暢度評(píng)分顯著升高,VAS評(píng)分顯著降低,同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療組患者上述兩項(xiàng)評(píng)分均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組患者消腫率明顯高于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 巴曲酶聯(lián)合阿加曲班治療下肢深靜脈血栓疾病療效顯著,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the clinical effect of batroxobin combined with argatroban in treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb. Methods Patients (98 cases) with deep venous thrombosis of lower limb in the Fifth Central Hospital of Tianjin from January 2013 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Argatroban Injection, the dosage for the first 2 d was that 15 mg added into normal saline 100 mL, once daily, and then 5 mg added into normal saline 150 mL from the third day, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Batroxobin Injection on the basis of the control group, 20 U added into normal saline 100 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, clinical efficacy was evaluated, and limb deep vein patency scores, VAS scores, and the swelling rate in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 75.51% and 97.96%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the limb deep vein patency scores in two groups were significantly increased, VAS scores were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the swelling rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Batroxobin combined with argatroban has a significant effect in treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb, which has a certain clinical application value.
