目的 探討復方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液治療面神經(jīng)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2017年1月在資陽市第一人民醫(yī)院進行診治的面神經(jīng)炎患者92例為研究對象，入選患者隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各46例。對照組靜脈滴注單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液，4 mL加入到0.9%氯化鈉注射液250 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服復方血栓通膠囊，1.5 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的肌電圖、Portmann評分和焦慮自評量表（SAS）評分。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為84.78%、97.83%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組復合肌肉動作電位（CMAP）波幅和短潛伏期波（R1）潛伏期均下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組Portmann評分均增高，而SAS評分均降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 復方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液治療面神經(jīng)炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀及心理狀態(tài)，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsules combined with Monosialotetrahexo-sylganglioside Sodium Injection in treatment of facial neuritis. Methods Patients (92 cases) with facial neuritis in the First People's Hospital of Ziyang from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 46 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection, 4 mL added into 250 mL normal saline, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and electromyogram, Portmann scores, and SAS scores in two groups before and treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 84.78% and 97.83%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, CMAP amplitude and R1 latency in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the Portmann scores in two groups were significantly increased, but the SAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong Capsules combined with Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of facial neuritis, can improve clinical symptoms and psychological status, which has a certain clinical application value.
