目的 探討縮泉膠囊聯(lián)合琥珀酸索利那新片治療膀胱過度活動癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年2月-2017年2月在河南省直第三人民醫(yī)院進行治療的膀胱過度活動癥患者120例，按照治療方法的不同分為對照組（60例）和治療組（60例）。對照組口服琥珀酸索利那新片，5 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服縮泉膠囊，1.8 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。評價兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者膀胱過度運動癥狀評分表（OABSS）和患者膀胱狀況感知量表（PPBC）評分以及相關(guān)臨床癥狀變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組總有效率為81.67%，顯著低于治療組的96.67%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者OABSS和PPBC評分均顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05），且治療組評分比對照組降低更明顯，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組24 h尿急次數(shù)、24 h排尿次數(shù)、24 h夜尿次數(shù)和24 h急迫性尿失禁次數(shù)均顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05），且治療組上述臨床癥狀明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 縮泉膠囊聯(lián)合琥珀酸索利那新片治療膀胱過度活動癥效果顯著，可有效改善臨床癥狀，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Suoquan Capsules combined with Solifenacin Succinate Tablets in treatment of overactive bladder. Methods Patients (120 cases) with overactive bladder in the Third Provincial Hospital of Henan Province from February 2015 to February 2017 were divided into control (60 cases) and treatment (60 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Solifenacin Succinate Tablets, 5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Suoquan Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.8 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the change of OABSS and PPBC scores, and adverse reaction in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.67%, which was significantly lower than 96.67% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the OABSS and PPBC scores in two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency of 24 urgent urination, 24 h micturition, 24 h nocturia, and 24 h urge incontinence in two groups was significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Suoquan Capsules combined with Solifenacin Succinate Tablets has significant effect in treatment of overactive bladder, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, which has a certain clinical application value.
