目的 探討熱淋清膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素注射液治療尿路感染的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年3月-2017年3月在海南省萬寧市人民醫(yī)院進行治療的尿路感染患者102例作為研究對象，根據(jù)用藥的差別將入組患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各51例。對照組靜脈滴注阿奇霉素注射液，0.5 g加入到0.5%葡萄糖注射液500 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服熱淋清膠囊，1.8 g/次，3次/d。兩組均治療7 d。觀察兩組的療效，比較兩組的尿液細菌清除率、臨床癥狀評分和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.39%、96.08%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組尿液細菌清除率分別為84.31%、98.04%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組尿頻、尿急、尿痛的臨床癥狀評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清血紅素加氧酶-1（HO-1）、降鈣素（PCT）和白細胞介素-6（IL-6）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 熱淋清膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素注射液治療尿路感染具有較好的臨床療效，可有效清除尿液細菌，改善臨床癥狀和機體炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Relinqing Capsules combined with Azithromycin Injection in treatment of urinary tract infection. Methods Patients (102 cases) with urinary tract infection in People's Hospital of Wanning from March 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into the control and treatment groups, and each group had 51 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Azithromycin Injection, 0.5 g added into 5% glucose solution 500 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Relinqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.8 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and urinary bacterial clearance, clinical symptom scores, and serological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.39% and 96.08%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the urinary bacterial clearance in the control and treatment groups were 84.31% and 98.04%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of frequent urination, urgency, and dysuria in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of HO-1, PCT, and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Relinqing Capsules combined with Azithromycin Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of urinary tract infection, can effectively eliminate urinary bacteria, improve clinical symptoms and inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
