目的 探究鹽酸伊伐布雷定片聯(lián)合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治療慢性穩(wěn)定性心絞痛的臨床效果。方法 選取2015年1月-2016年12月天津醫(yī)科大學總醫(yī)院濱海醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科收治的慢性穩(wěn)定性心絞痛患者80例作為研究對象，將所有患者隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各40例。對照組口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎上口服伊伐布雷定片，1片/次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療3個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的平板運動試驗、西雅圖心絞痛量表積分和心絞痛發(fā)作頻率、心絞痛持續(xù)時間。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為77.50%、95.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組最高收縮壓（SBP_max）和最大心率（HR_max）均明顯升高，而ST/HR指數(shù)均明顯降低（P<0.05），同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組疾病認識程度、治療滿意程度、軀體活動受限程度、心絞痛穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)積分均明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯高于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組心絞痛發(fā)作頻率和持續(xù)時間均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 鹽酸伊伐布雷定片聯(lián)合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治療慢性穩(wěn)定性心絞痛具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，提高生活質(zhì)量，安全性較高，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ivabradine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Amlodiping Besylate Tablets in treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (80 cases) with chronic stable angina pectoris in Binhai Hospital of General Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Amlodiping Besylate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Ivabradine Hydrochloride Tablets on the basis of the control group, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and treadmill exercise test, Seattle Angina Scale score, frequency and duration of angina pectoris in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 77.50% and 95.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, SBP_max and HR_max in two groups were significantly increased, but the ST/HR index in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of disease awareness, treatment satisfaction, physical activity restriction, and angina pectoris stability in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ivabradine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Amlodiping Besylate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris, can improve clinical symptoms, and enhance the quality of life, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
