目的 探討蒲地藍消炎口服液聯(lián)合頭孢噻肟鈉治療急性腸系膜淋巴結炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月-2017年1月在安康市人民醫(yī)院進行治療的88例急性腸系膜淋巴結炎患者為研究對象，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組（44例）和治療組（44例）。對照組患者靜脈滴注注射用頭孢噻肟鈉，60~100 mg/（kg·d）加入生理鹽水100 mL，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服蒲地藍消炎口服液，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療7 d。評價兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀消失時間和血清學指標差異。結果 治療后，對照組總有效率為81.82%，顯著低于治療組的97.73%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者腹痛、食欲不振、嘔吐和腹瀉消失時間均顯著短于對照組患者，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清C反應蛋白（CRP）和降鈣素（PCT）水平均明顯降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 蒲地藍消炎口服液聯(lián)合頭孢噻肟鈉治療急性腸系膜淋巴結炎可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，降低機體炎癥反應，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with cefotaxime sodium in treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis. Methods Patients (88 cases) with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in Ankang People's Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into control (44 cases) and treatment (44 cases) groups according to different treatments. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cefotaxime Sodium for injection, 60-100 mg/(kg·d) added into normal saline 100 mL, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the differences of the disappearing time of clinical symptoms and serological indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.82%, which was significantly lower than 97.73% in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearing time of abdominal pain, Anorexia, vomiting and diarrhea in the treatment groups was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the CRP and PCT in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And those indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with cefotaxime sodium can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction in treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis, which has a certain clinical application value.
